She has a ticket, not I. The police determined it was her fault.

She was driving an Enterprise Rental Vehicle. Im also going to push to get her company to pay for a rental vehicle because im stranded in the country without a car.

Took a look at her yesterday, if the frame is straight they probably won't write her off, but even if its slightly bent they may because the milage is so high in their books.

my friends 3 series got hit last night by some kid trying to drift. Luckly some guy was walking his dog and called the police. I think his is a write off though because the rear end is pretty messed and i think there was some damage to the rear wheel.:thumbsdow

Frame damage doesn't play deciding factor, that's why body shops have frame striating machines,
on the other hand I saw some E46's with less damage on salvage yards - written off

Good luck, you will really need it when it comes to dealing with the insurance

I got out, looked at my car, ran around it saw the damage, lots of swearing, holding my head, jumped in, drove to the curb.
