Just wondering if anyone has tried to bring a pricebeat from ecost online to Futureshop/BestBuy?

I'm doubting they will honor it but just wanted to see if someone has tried.

They have matched a screenshot of a Future Shop sale at Best Buy so I'm guessing it's worth a try.

Heck it never hurts to try..i'll give it a go...but I doubt they will do it because ecost comes out to 25% cheaper! My issue is, is that this is a present and i can not afford to wait for shipping from ecost...so unless they ok the deal I'll likely buy it anyhow...I wish I thought of this in advance...lol

isnt ecost american?..if it is i doubt they will price match it

also they will take into consideration the price of shipping and add it to your price if they do price match it.

got back from best buy..

good news, they do price match ecost...my ecost quote was w/o shipping so after adding it on, the savings did not = 25%..in total I saved 13% ---- but still a great buy considering that the 13% off was in addition to the savings of the internet discount price(save 50$ coupon) this week!

not bad...what did you buy?

i checked ecost for my holiday shopping list and it seems most of the stuff like digital cameras and tvs is roughly the same price infact some things were more expensive

From my days when I worked at FS...it was more of who the MGR was at that point of the day...some would match anyone and some only direct local competition...

I've price matched Dell shit at the Future Shop before. Dell had a webcam for like 80% off and free shipping, printed "My Shopping Cart" off the Dell website, took it to Future Shop and they beat the price.

LOL...that's reasonable, seeing as BB owns FS.
