I just bought these on eBay, received them then, well realized that the Rebel and Rebel XT use different batteries. (Thanks guy at London Drugs).

If it hasn't become obvious, these don't fit in my Rebel, but the newer XT and XTi both use the smaller NB-2L battery. It also looks like some of Canon's camcorder's use this size also.

I have 3 and want to recoup what I spent so that I may get ones that work for my camera. NEW in Box

$10 ea. or $25 for all three. (This covers the cost of the batteries and what the shipping was) basically if you bought them on eBay this is what you would be paying.

They are non-oem, meaning not true canon brand, but at this price they are worth the try. I believe retail canon batteries run from 30-50$ but don't quote me on this, as I went a different route.

pm me for details..

Just to elaborate, these should work in other models, higher end digital SLR's etc. I will leave it up to the buyer to see if it's the battery which their camera takes.
