Yeah another WTB thread from this motherfucker.
Still haven't found a car - except for that *disaster* of a talon (now sold!)
What I'm willing to spend reflects what it is I'm buying,
but for threads sake a soft-maximum of $10,000

I'm open to suggestions. Prefer mid-size 5spd no wagons.
German or Japan built, few exceptions.

Subaru Legacy
Subaru Impreza (4dr bugeye)
Audi A4 or A6 or VW Passat (B5)
Lexus GS300/Toyota Aristo
... anything else? I'm getting antsy for a car here folks!

Hehe thanks.
I'd seriously consider an E36 bimmer if I found a great deal one one in amazing shape. As for the R32 - not the biggest fan of RHD bandwagon vehicles. I'd rather the aristo if I end up going the route of importing.

Bandwagon vehicles? Hmmm...

I hear you about the e36 though. Hard as hell to find in good shape, but if you do get a good one, man are they nice. I looked for one for a long time. Decided to go another route eventually, simply because I couldn't find a decent one.
