Apex-I Vtec controller Tuning?

Does any body know of a web page that has any Apex-I vtec conroller tuning information for a 2000 SIR. I know everyones car is different, but there has got to be a starting point that when it comes time to use the dyno it doesn't hurt to much in the wallet. Also if any buddy has any info for cam gears for the same car, that would be great.

just set it to 0 across the board, then get thee to a dyno!
