Need to creat a "presentation CD"

Basically, I want to have a CD where a person can pop it into their CD rom, a screen with a logo or something pops up with a brief blurb, and 4 or 5 choices pop up to open or install 4 or 5 files... 2 would be just simple .doc documents, and several others would just be websites actually. So, I would I guess like to have it as an option to just open them, AND one to move the contents to their desktop.

Anyone know of a program that can create this, or can someone describe how to do this?
