+fairly decent tires

It is for a friend. I know hes a big spender! but hes a "Student seeking a beater"

i can hook you up with some tires for 400 bux. but honestly i have been on a really tight budget and if your buddy doesnt have atleast a grand or so he wont beable to drive think about it insurance is gonna run him atleast 1600 a year and regerstration and an inspection is gonna be about 150 and gas and so forth now a 400 dollar car is the cheapest thing

hes gonna have a hell of a hard time finding a car for that much.... i got lucky twice and found one for $400... but you never know.. tell him to buy the bargain finder on thursdays... he might get lucky and find someting in there
