Odometer rolled back, and the thing was written off around a tree. Odo records and salvage title hidden when brought into Canada.

Yeah, but it's the only 1st gen GS300 to come up for sale in a while - so of course I'm going to at least take a look at it. (i'm currently looking for a gs300)

This is exactly why you don't buy from used car dealerships without doing a VERY throrough checkover.

So why dont you call the cops and shut them down? I noticed something so simple like this last year and i had a little eveidence like you and i told the policed and they got owned. do the same, save some one who doesent know anything about cars from getting owned themself lol

what has he done wrong?

I mean technically he's disclosed everything he knew.
I mean now I've told him the car's horrible horrible history - if someone went in pretending to buy the car and he didn't disclose the history then we could report him.
