Do these shops do good work for a good price or do people just know they work on bimmers and haven't had any work done there.

Most of them are pretty expensive, especially Sheni's.

When I called for a quote on a front control arm, Sheni quoted me the same price as Marc did at Alpine, which was about half of what the dealership was asking. Seemed pretty consistent and reasonable to me.

Well all I need is my Airbag light reset. If it a huge problem then i'll take it to a bmw mechanic. From what I was reading on bimmer forums is that the light "usually" comes on for small, cheap issues, like a dead switch in the seatbelt, etc. Wish i could find someone who has the reset tool. To bad its different then the normal reset tool.

Anyone know how to get to Kuks shop. The map shows it out in the boonies.

Go down Country Hills Blvd untill you hit RR 281, turn north and go for about 2.5kms until you see a house with a bunch of cars(the other houses only seemed to have one or two) parked outside. It's not actually that far, but a bitch to find at night when I couldn't see any of the signs.

i got the reset tool for the airbag light but it doesnt help you if you got a problem. it'll just come back on. sound like may have a seat belt tensioner out. same thing happened to me. tried resetting lights but they still come back on until it's fixed. what years yours snoop?

96 328I. The reset light should show the code correct? If so then I could just fix it and then get it reset again.
