SCAM: "Mycarsold.ca"

Hello All:

I, like many others out there have been scammed by MYCARSOLD.CA, well beware because they have now changed their name to MYAUTOSOLD.CA and called me today wanting me to advertise my vehicle for $199 and will refund it if it does not sell....hmmm sounds familiar apparently it is an alberta based company in Vancouver?? so how the hell did they get my number??

Did you have your number listed in the autotrader or bargain finder? They usually scour those sites and call all the numbers they can find there.

i got a call from someone at www.greatcarsandtrucks.com asking to pay $150 and if my car didn't get sold, i would be refunded

i declined, but they mentioned they got my number from autotrader...i don't know if it was a scam though
