WTB: Camber adjustable bolts

I was looking on the H&R website, and i came across something that was interesting. There is something called Camber Adjustable bolts.

does anyone know if these could work on a civic?

I'm not an expert but looks like its not too reliable to me! the bolt will move because of all the vibration, and you won't know which way it is going. You might end up with one side going + other side going -, and you don't want that! I might be wrong, but I wouldn't trust it! plus it's a $60 screw man!

well i was thinking since it's H&R it might be reliable.
