I need some 1337 computer help

Ok so now when ever i try and post on anyother forums i get this wierd message saying the message is to short.

That one and another one... Although these are the only ones i go on regularly. Its messed because i also cant insert smileys or anything.

Are both of the forums that you are not able to post on running the same forum software?
Try re-registering the DLL files that explorer uses. There are tons of lists of them out there, I could dig one up later for you if you can't find one.
Check under help->about, see if your cipher strength is coming up as 0, if it is then re-register vbscript.dll and jscript.dll
Try using manage add-ons and disable any unrecognized/unwanted addons. run it from Control panel->Internet Options in order to get the most complete list (from inside of IE it will only list about half).

wierd i just did a restore and now it works.....
