WTB: GSM unlocked phone that works in HK

I'm headed to HK next week, need a unlocked GSM phone that will work in Hong Kong on a HK SIM. ( I believe 1900MHZ?)

I just need it to work, and hold a battery charge for at least 1.5 to 2 days on standby. Don't give a @!# about cosmetics, but it sure has to be functional, mainly going to be an emergency phone.
So, looking for cheap and functional.

What do you guys have for me?

do you have any teenage relatives in HK?

they're bound to have 1 or 2 lying around and if not, buying a cheapo cellphone in HK is a lot cheaper than here
