View Full Version : WTB - tow truck(flatbed)

Looking for a flatbed tow truck. Really doesn't matter what model, engine, year, or body condition for that matter. Just needs to be in good working mechanical condition and be able to haul a load of 7000 lbs on the deck. I don't care if it has a wheel lift or not and I don't care if the cab is rotted all to hell as I'm going to toss that anyway. If you have one or know of one, please let me know. Thanks.

i know of one for sale its a 94 internatinal with aluminum deck andwheel lift. i think they want like $18,000 call martin. 714-1915

Bought it to haul my bobcat with, but a few extra bucks on the side never hurt a guy. :thumbsup: Won't have it here until January though.

Cost me much less than I was willing to pay, which is good because I can use the extra cash to look for a dually truck. Plus it already has an older cab which is the look I wanted. Has the original 478 V6 in it with a 5 speed tranny. 18 foot deck and a tow bar out the back for hauling a second vehicle. Can't wait to get her home.

Are you still racing claimer cars, by the way? I was thinking of doing that this year if I have the time. Do you have any info on what is required and where do you race?

ya still racing claimers, and i started doing demo derbies last year, so if you find any big boats send them myway, mostly looking for dodges.

all the info is at www.racecity.com that is where we race too its just out by shepard.

this year im building a 90 accord so it should be pretty fast.
