wtb rogers sim card

hows the sim cards work? i got a phone that needs a sim, do i have to goto rogers and buy one? or can i buy somone elses?
i want to get a pay as you go

you can go to rogers and buy one, i think it costs $25!
you can buy one from someone if that sim card is blank unless if you want their phone number and any other stuff in their sim card.

Rogers stores usually charge $50-$100 for a new sim. I suggest you go to Radioshack. They sell it for $25.00 for sure. Also if you phone Rogers they will send one to you for $25.00 but usually they are pricks ar the stores and charge more.
