Interior Car Colors

Looking at purchasing new SUV (CX-7, Murano, RDX, etc.) and I really would like it with a White Exterior but with black interior.

How come nobody does this? All white cars come with an off-white interior. I really don't like the beigh or sand colors being offered.

Is there any specific reason for this?

Yea I hated seeing that on a lot of cars. I think a black interior is the best option color. But some times it works out here. I know for the US the RSX Type S was only available with the tan/grey interior for white. But Canada they only let you get it in black?

Same with the G35, i went and looked and wanted White on Black, but i beleive the only interior with the White exteriors was a tan or a light grey. Was pretty dissapointed, becuase i swear i'd seen white on black, must have been a US spec version or something like that. Seems unfair.
