Does anyone have any recommendations on a very good contractor that can insulate and drywall the top portion of a connected garage. I'm looking for a someone that has experience and don't just finish on code. I'm not looking for cheap, I'm looking for a very good job done right.
thanx

Theres no point in insulating your garage unless your planning on heating it... All your doing is insulating the cold... on that matter let me know if you'll be needing a heater ;)

However, insulating your garage will save you some time should a fire break out in the garage.
I've notived a difference in the temp of the garage since I insulated it and drywalled it.

Yes, especially with attached garages. Insulation keeps the garage cooler in the summer too.
