also, wondering on the new battery if its oem equipment,

:eek: what a good deal, i'm seriously interested, do you know anything else about the warranty? like how I wuold claim it, I bought 2 laptops on here before, and they've crapped out, so I'm kinda scared of buying used laptops now.
