I think alot of the hockey fights start this way and i dont see anything wrong with that because its better if they they start this way then a bertuzzi incident. Plus we dont know what happended on an eariler shift cause this might be carried over from an eariler incident

Hahaha, hilarious! But atleast a lot of the guys have some sort of mutual respect for the other guy they're fighting with and don't hold any sort of grudges outside of the game.

On a somewhat related note, I also happened to be watching clips of the March 26, 1997 brawl between the Red Wings and Avs earlier today. I don't think they're as mutual :rofl:

just cause they weren't pissed at each other doesnt mean that a 6'4" 263lb shot to the head doesnt hurt. its a real fight for sure. most of the old time enforcer fights were just that, two big guys with mutual respect pounding the shit out of each other. "good luck man" - classic

It's a good thing Ivanans is a leftie. That's why Laraque tends to have such an easy time with most fighters (aside from the fact that he's a monster). Good fight though
