FWIW...in a study I read on bike oil Castrol posted the worst results. Any oil was better than that brand!
I know that may seem weird and I thought so too. But now I wont touch it!

post a link or something
why was it the worst oil?
my two preferences for oils are mobil 1 synthetic or castrol gtx synthetic when its on sale or the regular castrol.
seriously all these oil things are just baffling me. Theres a thread about them every month and there is no clear cut evidence of which is better.

www.bobistheoilguy.com has some good posts.
Canadian Tires and Walmart have regular sales on various brands.

Castrol is a very good oil. One of the best conventionals IMO.
When running synthetic I pick between Amsoil, Mobil 1, Elfand Castrol syntech. Now that Mobil 1 changed their formulation I ruled them out of my list, so it's just Amsoil, Elf and Castrol syntech.
