WTB: PC2100 Laptop ram 512MB+

I am looking to replace my toshiba A10 laptop ram with 2 512MB chip or 1 1GB chip if possible. It must be PC2100 compatible to work. Any suggestions?

Thanks but I found out it isn't my RAM that is f'd seems it's the mobo or the processor. Means a new comp since it's old and would cost too much now to make it worth it.
