I'm about to buy my first car and I'm thinking of which car to get. I want to get an Audi 90, does anyone have any past expirences with this car or any general comments about it?

What year? From what I've heard they're pretty unreliable and expensive to fix, especially the 20Vs

If i decide to get it, it will be a 1992 or 1993 model, I think it a 2.3 litre V6 around 170 hp, I want the quattro version.

BTW: I hate honda's and acura they don't impress me, they have too small engines and underpowered, I'd rather spend my money tuning engines where I can get some serious power espicially torque something 4 bangers don't have.

Look at an acura legend and you might reconsider

Audi 90s are tight if you can find one...I've heard they're rarer tho...I also heard the 5cyl 20vs were bullet proof and pretty much indestructable...

Hey, Hondas and Acuras aren't that bad. They may be gutless, but mine has 335,000 km on it, and it still runs strong. :) Hehe, at least it's still running.

But not all Hondas and Acuras are 4 cylinder. The Acura Vigor was a 5 cylinder engine, and the Acura Legend (which are VERY nice, and beautiful cars) were 6 cylinders, and are full of luxurious features like your Audi 90 would probably be.

We can't really say if you don't make your question a little more specific.

Are you planning to modify this car? If so, to what level? Do you want something you can be comfortable in, or a superfast rice-rocket?

That's nothing my dad's 1987 Audi 5000s has almost 500,000 km and the the thing still goes, no major engine work and my dad drives it through what you would take your truck or jeep through.

Most imports will last a long time. :) But I'm just giving you an example. Not all Hondas and Acuras are that bad. :)

Exactly. :) But unfortunately, not everyone realizes that. :(
