I was wondering if you did the swap yourself and if so why you chose a b18c5 rather than a turbo (since it's pretty common). I also am wondering if you run premium or regular fuel.

Thanks b18cr for the bump
Alien pm replied.Just like a regular type r i always used premium and so did the orginal owner of the car i got the motor from(civicsi on this board). The swap was done by scott(primer_drift)on this board as well. There are many reason why i choose this motor forst i get an excellent deal on it.Being a honda-tech member i know it is cheaper in the long run to go this route for turbo as you will want the type r tranny with lsd and final gear ratio, youw ill want the type r head with type r cams for boost, now the compression well when you change pistions and rods to run 18 psi of boost you then buy lower compression pistons and your set.Befroe building my car i was lucky enough to drive in a turbo type r crx and nothing can touch that car, scary fast.

Compression was 200+ wet when I tested it with my Snap-on comp. tester, and very consistant across all cylinders.

Jason I hope you don't mind me posting some better pics of some of what this car has to offer. If you do let me know and I will remove them.

Mid swap picture.. fitment with these Hasport mounts is excellent, vibration is minimal compared to most aftermarket mounts. They are worth every penny he spent on them..
