Nissan Club?

Hey guys just wondering if there is any nissan Clubs in the Calgary area. Just bought a 91 Pulsar GTI-R and looking for some input and maybe a cruise every once and awhile.

n-e-c-c.com is Alberta, mostly Edmonton but there's a lot of Calgarians there as well.

Beyond has a lot of Nissan owners as well.

theres a mini beyond nissan community on here, and there were rumblings of a local car club maybe to come, because n-e-c-c is mostly compiled of members from edmonton and northern alberta

I was at Hooters last night. The beer and wings are still in season, so let's get a meet together and talk about getting this thing rolling. :) :D

well I have a nissan 240, i'd come otu to events as long as they weren't at bars, i'm only 17! (18 in april, we can go to bars after taht)

:rofl: Years back I there was a table next to us consisting of a dad, his pals, and his 13 year old kid, it was the kids birthday, so he got to stand on the chair while all the hooters girls giggled and sang around him, he looked like he was in heaven.

ok Sounds good guys. looks like this topic needed to be talk about. Casue personaly I dont feel like driving to Edmonton for a cruise or to just talk about cars. So if any one wants to PM me that would be interested in helping myslef organize some get togethers (meeting) that would be great.

I understand that alot of guys will have there babies parked for the winter but we can still meet up and talk. I am new to the nissan scene and would love to learn some more.

Actually, if you want a truer Hooters experience, you really need to hit the U.S. locations in the south. It gets pretty crazy don there.

I actually really do go to the local one for the wings. If an attractive server is on that night, bonus. :D

I'm an Art Director by Trade, so I can be involved with the identity and logo, web design etc etc.

I've also been a part of starting up a few other car clubs back on the east coast. I also have some tight connections with custom turbo and parts work, fabrication, etc etc.... not in Alberta, but it still works. Anyhow I have a few other things I can bring to the table.

Denny's doesn't really seem like a meetign place esp on a weekend when it's fileld with crying babies.

Like I said, I'd be up for hooters, because the wings are good. The parking is easy off Mclead trail and it's pretty central etc etc. And they have large tables we can throw together and if it gets a little loud you won't have anyone complaining. Has nothing to with wanting to see girls wearing tight orange shorts. - although that's always a perk.
