FS - 1991 Honda Civic SE

This is an out-of-province car. I drove it from Ottawa. I have not perform the out-of-province inspection. I have, however, ordered the Ontario used vehicle information package which will include the some vehicle history / information, bill of sale, etc.

Some background:
I used this car for daily (bad weather) driving and winter driving. Performed a pre-purchase inspection at Plus 1 Performance and he advised against me driving the Civic to Calgary as part of my relocation. Reason: "distributor sub assembly is going".

So with some luck, the car has safely made it to Edmonton, then Calgary, and a couple of trips between the two cities.

General information:
- 257k+ km
- Automatic
- Red

Maintenance items:
- Regular oil changes at Huntclub Honda / Plus 1 Performance
- New gas tank - Oct 2004
- New rear brakes - April 2005
- New main relay - August 2005
- New water pump & timing belt - Oct 2005
- Transmission fluid change - Oct 2005
- Valve cover gasket, spark plug cylinder gaskets, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, cap gasket and rotor on November 19, 2005 @ 238000 km (All Honda OEM parts!)
- New radiator - Dec 2005

Others worthy of noting:
- Remote starter - Dec 2004
- Keyless entry - Dec 2004
- Interior switch for power locks - Dec 2004
- Aiwa CD player with aux input - Oct 2004
- 2-JVC 6.5" (Front) and 2-Pioneer 6.5" (Rear) speakers - Oct 2004
- New Yokohama Avid T4 (4 season tires) on stock 13" wheels - April 2005 <- two summer seasons old

The bad:
- Rust... yes (Ontario car, but not bad for its age)
- "Lumpy" front driver side fender and cracked driver side mirror case (got hit by an MDX in the company parking lot :( )
- Power steering fluid leak.
- Recent gremlin... parking lights and brakes lights don't always turn on when the light switch is turn to park or on position. But seems to all turn on when the car is nice and toasty. Problem most likely is the light switch. Fuses are fine.

Available with the car:
- Glove box from an Si... (one of the bottom taps of my glove box snapped... just didn't replace it yet)

Also available (extra?)
- New Kumho KW11 (winter tires) on steel 14" wheels - Nov. 2004 <- two winter seasons old. But will first have to check if the wheels fit an Echo hatch. If so, I will most likely keep them.

Asking 750 as is without winter tires. Car is in Calgary.

PM me for contact information.

Thanks.

From what I can see, work has been done on the rear quarter panels before I purchased the car in Oct 2004. There wasn't any apparent rust on any panels at that time.

And by summer 2005, there were signs of rust on the rear panels and a bit around the base of the antenna above the driver side door. Then I tried sanding the rust down a bit and spray it to cover the area. And mind you, I'm not a professional painter. So my paint work I would describe as crappy.
