Buying T-Mobile Sidekick????

Question for anyone who knows alot about cell phones. I wanted to buy a Sidekick for a christmas present. I was going to buy one off ebay just for the price and the fact that i don't wanna spend 400 bux for a new one. Will a T-Mobil sidekick work on rogers network>>>>>>

If you plan on using it here ...the newest one that is sidekick 3 you'll be screwed. You actualy have to use it on t-mobile. Nobody here supports it. Fido might still allow the data package for the sidekick 2 but you'll have to call to find out. Anyways, you won't be able to use the sidekick 3's features here unless you pay for roaming data via t-mobile

can the sidekick 2 be used on the rogers network....sim card and all that????
