I am suprised there isn't a thread about this movie already. I went to the 10:30 last night and I can easily say this is one of the best movies I have seen in years! I highly recommend anyone to go see it.

It honestly wasn't bad.. after 10 minutes you didn't even notice.

i thought he played his part very well, all the actors were great and the main girl was smoking hot! but back to the moive, i really enjoyed it, probably one of the best movies i have seen in a while, i recomend it to everyone!

thanks for pointing this out, I had totally forgotten when this came out. Nice to see the preview wasn't delusionall, i'll be seeing this one after tests for sure now!

You obviously don't watch that many movie's he's made recently because he's had an accent in a lot of his movies in the last few years(Aviator, Catch Me If You Can)- both very good movies. and like was mentioned ^ you probably wouldn't notice it.

I think all of his movies have had "phony accents". He had a Boston accent in The Departed and I thought it was probably his best roles to date.

This movie made me think of the first verse in the Diamonds are Forever Remix by Kanye West ft. Jay-Z... funny they didn't use that in the ending credits.

Indeed the accent is quite annoying, but when the movie starts flowing you forget about it. Some witty dialogue between Leonardo Di Caprio & Jennifer Connely.

Good movie... it was what I expected it to be :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I just saw this movie the other night, and thought it was really good and well done. Awesome action and portrays a couple of real powerful messages.

It's a good movie with great acting and directing. I am almost tempted to go see this movie again. Two Thumbs Up! :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Got a question for those who saw this... the part near the end when they have that crucial arguement, what word did Leo call the African guy? Was it some sort of racist remark, like the N word?

Awesome movie, best movie I have seen in a while. It would surprise me if Leo didn't get some awards for this one.....I thought he was really good, and I'm not generally a Leo fan....:thumbsup: That black guy was good too (Djimon Hounsou).

As well on the the positive side to this movie, leo doesn't look really young in this one as he did in catch me if you can.

The movie was really well done and I enjoyed it, was abit long but oh well. His accent was great, he did a really well job, it's got my approval.

The story itself was a good one to be told. north americans tend to be insulated from the world, its a shame a movie has to illustrate the problems elsewhere

he did a good job with the accent i'd say, the only thing i found annoying were other characters with accents that were barely recognisable...made it tough to hear what they were saying, but overall a HUGE thumbsup to the movie, it was very well done!
