Hey all,

One of the beyond forum members has the 14" OEM mag rims from his MX3 up for sale. Is the hub center on the OEM Mazda aluminum rims non-changeable?

The MX3 has a hub size of 54.1mm and I'm looking for rims to go on my Mitsubishi Mirage which is 56.1mm - if I can't change the hub centric ring on the rim, they won't fit my car...

Anyone know?

OEM wheels are hub-centric from the factory to the car they came on, so no, you can't use a ring to make the hub bore larger than what it came with... Sorry man!

Do you have a link to these wheels? I've never seen 14" factory "mag" wheels on an mx-3, they basically only came with 15" in 2 different styles; honeycomb and 5 spoke.

Although there were a few special editions with very rare wheels :dunno:

I believe the 5 spokes off the gs are 15's but in regards to your hub question you might be able to get a wheel shop to machine them to that spec, but as far as the hubcentric rings go, they cant be removed from the oem wheels
