I was interested in this deal until I looked on Rogers.com & realized you can buy it new with the 1 gig card for $359.

states 2gb. My gf has the black version, and the manual said 2gb. However, I did come across one site that mentioned 4gb. Who knows...

you can do 4gb, i've used it in a w810i and a d750 flashed to w800 software. it does say 2gb on there website, but the 4gb card works fine.

I told him about ROGER pricing last week but he would not lower the price so I went to sign a 3 year contract for my daughter with this white W810i phone at
$79.99 - $50 mail in rebate = $29.99,
and the phone comes with 1GB DUO card and I mailed in a form to get my extra 4GB card so the phone got 5GB after all. If I did a hardware upgrade with my existing contract (2 years left on the last contract so they add another year on top to make it 3 years contract) ROGER will give me the same phone for
$275 - $50 rebate = $225
then they add a $35 activation fee and the total will come to $260 with 1GB DUO card and same extra 4GB promotion and they mail the phone out to my house.
The saleman name is Jonhny and he works in ROGER store on 32 AVE NE infront of MEMORY EXPRESS. My friend just signed the same phone with him 2 days ago at the same deal as me.
I am not advertise anything for ROGER nor any relation to that saleman, I just want to pass on the good deal to anyone who are interesting in this good deal. Sorry if I hijack this thread too...
Also ROGER locked up the use of MP3 as ringtone for this phone but I found a work around and now my daughter can use all her MP3 as ringtone and so far she is pretty happy with the phone.

It is not acting smart but it is call shop around for the best deal....
This is with the $50 mail in rebate deal (mailed in 2 days ago) and a 4GB card promo registered online 2 days ago also.

that is good for your GF and him because he wanting $300 from me and I asked him to lower the price he would not, I did offer him $250.... maybe he has a soft spot for your GF...:D I only anwsered to his name calling....:D . and yes my daughter could not be more happy with her early Xmas gift even those this phone is from ROGER I already de-branded myself and will get it unlock very soon (will need special cable for that)....:clap:
