I cannot access the marketplace - apparently nobody has granted me permission? I've been a member for well over the 30 day break-in period. Second, at what post level does that "Newbie" thing go away?

I had to wait for about 2 months before I could start posting in the market place... It says 30 days but it is longer than that.
