did your car get broken into or something? why are the windows smashed?

yes it was broken into pls refer to the need help pls in one of the forums the brick through the back window just proved that they were immature little punks they drove a older model white honda civic beater with a cannon of an exhaust and and gold righting on the side of the car ne info would be sweet street justice is in order a witness who was staying in an rv at the shop where my car was being stored witnessed the same car and obviously driver who i had caught ealier looking in the car who pretended to want to by the car thowing a brick through the window

I feel as though it is my duty to let prospective buyers know this guy sells defective goods knowingly.

He was/is friends with a guy named Xtreme13 on this board, and last May, he got Xtreme13 to post a Dell computer for sale, claiming it was 3.2Ghz with a 128MB ATI PCI-E grpahics card in it. Turns out it is 3.0Ghz and integrated graphics. Not that big of a deal, misadvertising, but it also *does not power on*. I met the two of them in a parking lot downtown and exchanged money with them, trusting them as they are on Beyond. Trust misplaced, bigtime.

Turns out to be a fizzled cap on the motherboard, easily fixed, but I am still disappointed by his lack of response to the issue. I know it is him, by the way, because when I eventually was able to boot up the machine, it auto-logged onto his email address, which is [email protected], the same email as the poster for this car.

So I say *knowingly* sold defective goods because once I was able turn on the machine, all his crap was still on it, and it autologged onto MSN messenger. Anyone who was selling a computer would have cleaned that crap off first, I would think, but he didn't, most likely because he could not turn it on again to do that. He thought he was selling a brick, and no one would ever get back into it.

Anyways, buyer beware, he is NOT trustworthy.
