Someone asked me why this system does not come with an OS and i just wanted to say it again, it's because it was bought as a "Barebone" system. This meaning you buy the system, and you can buy which ever upgrades you would like. NOT something that was already put together from factory.

Anyways, if you really want an OS, i do have one that is my personal student copy of Windows XP Pro that I downloaded from MSDN. It's an authentic version.

Checking on the warranty tonight. Only had the laptop since Nov2005. Not sure if it had a 2 year warranty or not.
