I think I know what he's talking about, sometimes certain browsers will mix up images. Like the 'PM' button on everyones' post will instead be an avatar, etc.

I think that's because of pipelining from firefox. I used to have this problem when I tried to 'optimize' firefox performance.
Go to
about:config
then
type "network.http.pipelining" in the filter bar and set it to false.

Reload the forum, and see if the pictures are still screwed up. (If it is, try clearing the cache)
