Did anyone go take a look. I got there a little late and so only a few cars were left. Looked nice.

what do u drive?

They were asking me if I would bring out the HD our the Roush, but i'm not really into entering my cars into shows.

old ass thread, but directly related. did anyone go to this show yesterday? im surprised that no beyonders entered this show, its huge at around 3-400 cars.

question for you beyonders that could have definitely entered, why wouldnt you enter in a show like this? there were barely any tuners in it at all and the ones that were, were just terrible, good show nonetheless, my dad won best chevy for his 69 camaro convertible yeeeeaaaa!

I was there-lots of older cars for sure. Not a tuner show-lots of old people as well.
I took my dad and he spent all day looking at 40s and 50s iron-the kind of thing that he grew up drooling over.
I commented to the old man that you can spend thousands on a restoration muscle car only to have a rat rod steal your thunder.

As nice as the older cars may be they tend blur into a sea of spectacular executions of sameness. I like things that are different.

There were some Beyond ghosts at this show, not everyone on here drives a Honda you know... But still, all enthusiasts are welcome.

This has been a really great car show for the Calgary area if you hadn't known about it. Family friendly, lots of charity involvement, lots of events/activities in addition to the car show (the town Water Festival occurs on the same day). It's too bad the weather has interfered two years in a row.

I don't mean to start 'something', but I'd rather visit the Chestermere car show over DTP anytime.

I second this. The PT cruisers were god awful. Lambo doors? Bad. Other then that all i saw was 3 Cobalts, and a Sunfire GT or something.

Those rat rods are awesome. Did you see the 1912 Ford? My mom's neighbor built a rat rod quite similar to that one with a 28 Ford.
