I've been contacted by FOUR people thus far and have been accomodating with each of them to meet and have agreed to their prices... TWO of them have already committed to meeting up with me yesterday but did not follow through.

Please let's not waste each other's time; I've always known beyond.ca to be difficult as a seller, but how is it so difficult as a BUYER to close a deal? :dunno:

Anyone who can meet me downtown and has upass in hand please pm so we can set something up.
