For my Mom so anything you consider "outdated" will still have a high chance of being purchased.

I have a Nokia 6030 GSM for the Fido network. Comes with the house charger and maybe a car charger (not to sure on the car charger).
Good little phone. Bought it about 7 months ago as a replacement when I lost my phone. Low hours.
