No, there's nothing extra.
The Seller's title "WII console + extra" says you get the console.... With extras...
Things that already come in the box, Wii Sports and 1 wiimote/nunchuck

I'm surprised he didn't mention AC, sensor bar and AV cables.:thumbsdow
