What To Do When Parking Car For Winter

Dont know what section this should go so...

Im parking my car for the winter, I dont have a garage. What do I need to do for prepping it? Do I need gas line antifreeze and a fuel stabilizer?

I also dont have a block heater, so the only chance I'll get to start my car is when its not so cold out.
