Thinking of getting the Sony HDRSR1 camcorder

Any reason not to pick this up? Is there something else that is better for the price?

you'll probably need something like iMovie HD or Pinnacle Studio 10.5 to edit in high def.

as far as i know, this is the only high definition HDD camcorder out there right now.

Ya, I'm wondering if because it's so new, I should wait a few months to see what else comes out for HD HDD camcorders. Also because I might not use it much until race season anyway. So far the reviews are pretty decent on it.
