i have only been to calgary once. but i ate at some restaurant called saltlik? it was pretty good dont know if you have been there yet.

Saltlik is by the Calgary Tower on Center Street and 8th Avenue. I've always enjoyed it there.

I went to La Chaumiere last year for vday. It wasnt too bad.
Id say take her to her favorite restaurant?
That or give the Calgary Tower a try.

Haha I would but missing a week of classes just isn't viable. Have time now, so may as well get it out of the way and have something set up as opposed to waiting until the last minute and having nothing. Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Don't go to River Cafe..I didn't really like the food there and for that price you can get much better quality.

We went to The Highwood (at SAIT) once. It was surprisingly good.
