1990 Toyota celica

any know where the power windows or sunroof fuse is for this car. I wanna get the windows workin again but I cant find the fuse. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

under the steering wheel usally

Usually under the dash to the drivers left. If not, there's also one around the battery under the hood. Both should have diagrams printed on them.

Do any of you know where it exactly is.
I can seem to find the exact fuse, I know that there is a fuse box under the dash, but i cant seem to find the exact fuse and the diagram does not show

go buy a test light and test fuses individually
or google it
