I can see many beyonders experiencing auto-theft.
as some of you know, my car also had been stolen, and
fortunately recovered in 2 days with slight body damage.
it was about 1 month ago, (1st week of Dec 2006)
and today, (Jan 1st) my car is still waiting to be fixed.

claim office in the insurance company(ING insurance I'm using)
they seems to they will make me wait forever!!
they even not willing to check my car/estimate result from the bodyshop.
they just saying some kind of Approval should be done.
:dunno:

How can I make my insurance claiming to be done?
any tips for me, and other beyonders who will experience same thing as me?

should I call everyday? hmm..

(cuz my English is not that good,, it's almost not possible to fight or expose some anger to someone on the phone line.
BAD.)

Don't worry about it this is what happens. I got hit in Oct and got an estimate. The body shop said that they could not get my car in till christmas time. When I brought my car in I overheard the receptionist making an appointment and they are booking out till march. if your car can still be driven, it is also placed on a lower priority list compared to the cars that are un-drivable.

I am through ING aswell, and I phoned them and they aren't going to be opened back to regular working hours until tomorrow(tueday). Phone them tomorrow and ask them what is going on.

That's why you should use a Chinese broker (shows you're Asian in your side photo)... or use an insurance broker of your language or race.

So you can bitch at the broker, and it's the broker's job to follow through with helping you out... (and usually with Asian business, they want to keep their customers, so if you indicate to your broker that you're not happy that your repair isn't getting done, they will pull some strings)

Trust me, it's about having and knowing "connections"... if you know the right bodyshop, appraiser, insurance broker, etc... Anything is possible for repair quality and wait time.
