Hey, I'm looking for a roommate to share a 900sq.ft house in montgomery. I have been living here for 10 months, the last nine were with another roommate but he moved to onatario so I need to find a roommate to help me pay the rent on this place. im a 20 year old guy, i work full time as a tradesman, and im just looking for someone who's chill to share this place with.
the house is in montgomery right off 16th ave N.W.
2 bedroom 1 bathroom + a half developed basement
Washer/dryer, fridge, stove and microwave included
smoking is fine but i tend to do it outside so my house dosent stink, pets welcome
im lookin for around $600/month ALL utlilities INCLUDED + Shaw high speed internet and Full Cable service
DD is half one months rent
On a Month to Month Basis No lease crap
