Another cheesy Jap flick but her heel toe action kind of turned me on....

Beginning part, Chick borrowed the other chicks car.

Chick is going out to meet this guy to wish him a Happy Birthday.
The radio girl says on the air, " I wants to give a shout out to my homie guy friend and wish him a happy bday.
