Looks like an early 90's accord.

honda accord 1990 -1993. The dash, Seat material, steering wheel, shift knob, passenger door lock and small portion of the mirror tell me so.

I had a 1990 Exr Coupe Myself. Loved it.

92's and up Accords had a driver-side airbag, so I'm gonna say this is either a '90 or a '91 Accord.
