Hey There:
I am starting with a small company once I graduate this april. Basically LPG marketing with some finance (creating LC's, cash flow, credit, currency xchange etc) I have worked for the company as a summer student and about once a month I go into the office to help out.
It is a very small company people-wise (only 22 people) however captial we had revenues of $1.2 billion last year and growing. It is a private company with 1 owner. In addition we are moving into other areas too, for example a new rail rack, a merchant bank and other products not just LPS, but crude and condy.
My question is I am now in negoitations for salary, like I said I am a new grad (Bachlor of MGT, with a double major Marketing and Finance) WHAT DO YOU THINK WOULD BE EXPECTED as a salary or where could I research some hard numbers so I have a good starting point.
Since it is a private company I am a little timid about the information I give out if you need more info let me know though
