Given that it's a Chinese mall, some stores close at 6pm whereas others close at 8pm. Some may not open at all, except for 3-4 hours on selected days of the week (to be chosen at random on the day itself). Those in the latter category may or may not be open consecutively for the hours listed, as that is just a total of the given number of hours that the store may be open in a day.

Lunch hour is tricky and may fall any time between 11am and 2pm. The stores may be open during this time, or they may not (at the owner's discretion).

7pm is when most of chinatown closes.
but in dragon city some stores close as early as 6.. even 5 when the weather is like this.

I've been there as late as 8:30 with all the stores still open. Depends on the day/shop/owner/weather. Ah, the nuiances that go with small businesses. I'd stick with 6 though. Usually pretty constant now-adays.
