Yes the car was imported

It is the more desirable European spec 750.

This includes a larger ratio rear differential (increasing off the line power)
euro headlight with H series bulbs
Rear sunshade
Side marker lights
and much more that was never available on Canadian spec BMW’s.

In 1987 BMW introduced a
750i with a twelve cylinder wich had 300 HP and a top speed of 250 km/h.
Also available were extra long versions of the 750 named the 750IL

this is the extra long version "750IL"
