Jugo Juice has a pretty good one. Ive only tried the chicken caesar one they have but its pretty good!
Booster Juice has a pesto chicken panini that is amazing :drool:

I think Safeway's sandwich deli makes paninis. Never tried them but they look pretty tasty.
