where does a guy find a loan shark? my buddy needs to be bailed out of jail (yea i know he is a idiot for getting himself in there) but he need 10gs to get himself out. any idea of how to come up with it in 3 hrs?

Don't think that's a good idea (to be involving loan sharks), interest from these guys will put so much stress, even if it gets your buddy out.

"no offense", if he doesn't already have $10G for bail... how's he going to pay for the interest of loan sharks?

Maybe a real bank, like a line of credit.

his parents, or look in yellow pages for a bail bond agency. don't know if we have one in calgary though

I can help with the 10k but does this guy have anything for collateral? Does he own a house anywhere in Canada? Does he own a vehicle (clear title)? Does he have a job to return to when he gets out?

He's out now, took out money on all his credit cards and alot of friends pitched in. Still havent got the full scoop on what he did to get in there but working on it.
